Blaze MO performs leakage power optimization on sub-100nm chips. Using an innovative,
patented, technique Blaze MO can reduce sub-threshold leakage by 30% or more
on sub-100nm chips. Blaze MO has been proven in silicon and is used at integrated
device manufacturers such as STMicroelectronics and fabless semiconductor companies
such as Qualcomm. Blaze MO is supported by major foundries including TSMC, and
the Common Platform Alliance – IBM, Chartered, and Samsung.
Blaze IF – Intelligent Fill Synthesis Software
Blaze IF produces unbeatable results, meeting all advanced foundry
CMP requirements for density and smoothness. It is the first
dedicated fill synthesis solution that employs a highly scalable, “non-heuristic” optimization
engine. Blaze IF optionally uses CMP simulation models to analyze
and optimize fill patterns quickly and accurately. It has been
proven in silicon at companies such as Cypress Semiconductor.
